It is very important for one to understand the depths of what the AKR Method Fountain of Youth™ Deep Energy Healing can do for you. It brings healing to the deepest parts of your soul and human-side and they both need to work together in order to achieve the best results to achieve inner peace. Once the healing energy is integrated with your body, mind and soul, it cannot be taken out. It can never hurt you, but a human needs to be willing and truly wanting to work WITH the energy in order to facilitate deep healing. Amy often says "There are times where this is not for the faint of heart due to the deep trauma that is brought to the surface to be released. This is why it's important for the human to work WITH the energy in order to release the trauma from the body, mind and soul." This call may take longer than 30-minutes, and it may be less. No one person will experience this in the same manner.
It depends on what Tier of the AKR Method you book. With the AKR Method™ Intuitive Healing Sessions, you could book one and you could book many depending on far you want to take your deep healing journey. These sessions release layers at a time. If you book the AKR Method™, it's one initial 90-min implementation session and then there are a number of included sessions. This is the same for the Lifetime AKR Method™ as well as the AKR Method Fountain of Youth™ and the Lifetime AKR Method Fountain of Youth™. You can always book extra sessions beyond the included sessions. The AKR Fountain of Youth Reiki Attunement is one session that takes a total of 12 hours to integrate the Cosmic Universal Energy Life Force within your body mind and spirit in all lifetimes, past, present and future. This is done in a Distance Session and you do not need to change anything in your day to accommodate. This is a part of the AKR Method Fountain of Youth™. It can also be done standalone, but it makes more sense to do it in combination with the AKR Method™. With any of these, you may feel the energy swirling in and it is required that you drink plenty of water throughout that day. Otherwise you could feel lightheaded or experience headaches.
Depending on which tier of the AKR Method™ or the AKR Method Fountain of Youth™ Deep Energy Healing Integration you choose, a set number of Intuitive Healing sessions are included. You will find that as you are moving through this energy healing...as the energy healing is moving through you...it will be important and helpful to regularly connect with Amy on this incredible journey so that she may help you through your journey. With each Tier, a set amount of sessions are included for you to book at your convenience and desire. At any time, additional sessions may be purchased.
The AKR Method Intuitive Healing Sessions do not include the AKR Fountain of Youth Reiki Attunement. The individual sessions release one layer at a time. These are still deep layers but some choose to do a little at a time as opposed to applying the full AKR Method™ all at once. With the full AKR Method™, AKR Method Fountain of Youth™, Lifetime AKR Method™ and Lifetime AKR Method Fountain of Youth™, all layers are applied and integrated all at once, however, the Cosmic Universal Energy (C.U.E) Life Force does not release it all at once as that would be overwhelming to the human body. The C.U.E releases it in layers, but it's automatic where doing it one session at a time allows you to release layers when you choose to release them. The other reason one might book sessions to work on one layer at a time is the cost.
The Full AKR Method releases ALL trapped, repressed, and suppressed emotions from your body, mind and soul from before you were born through the moment your body leaves the earth plane in every one of your lifetimes and timelines; past, present and future. Each individual is different, but it will take about a year to 2 years for your body to fully release everything depending on how much your human-side Isco-working WITH the energy to heal.
