What are the Healing Modalities?

Reiki (ray-key) developed in Japan over 100 years ago. It is a band of energy frequencies that exist throughout the universe and means “universal life force”. It is an energy balancing system that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety and aids the body’s natural healing process through gentle touch by balancing the body’s energy field and energy centers known as chakras. It works on the entire self - mind, body, spirit and emotions. Reiki intends to put the body in its optimal state to promote its own energy healing, thus helping to balance the spirit, relieve pain, and promote well-being.

The Master C.U.E (Cosmic Universal Energy) is a Life Force Energy that Amy was given access to by the Universe in October 2024. It is a combination of all the energies that she works with,"and then some" Spirit stepped in to say. It is its own intelligence and is constantly evolving and changing to be whatever energy is needed for the healing work Amy is doing. When it is applied to your healing, it evolves and changes for you as well.

Crystals were formed millions of years ago within the earth. Their crystalline structure and chemical composition transmit and amplify energy. Different crystals are able to work on specific conditions or problems while helping to restore a state of balance and harmony. The Master C.U.E Life Force constantly brings in (and pulls out) energies of various crystals as needed during healing sessions.

The Singing Bowls we use are handmade in Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition to their traditional use for meditation, they are used both for clearing and balancing energy frequencies of the body, mind and spirit. They are made of different alloys and metals in different sizes to produce different sounds and vibrations, stimulating stress relief and can affect the physical body to bring you through different stages of brainwave activity.

We use a variety of different Mala Beads and also make them specific to clients' healing needs. We don't necessarily use them in the traditional sense. The one used most frequently for healing are the 108 Antique Bodhi Seed mala we got from Kathmandu, Nepal. They are over 1000 years old and have done wonders in our healing work. They belonged to Amy in a past lifetime and came back to her in this lifetime.

Tuning Forks are very gentle but powerful tools to heal the body, mind and spirit and to restore inner balance. Each one is set to a different frequency and they all work with the nervous system. Tuning forks stimulate homeostasis, helping to bring the body back to its natural state of balance while tuning the body's circadian rhythm. We also use them for energy clearing and energetic cord cutting.
