In Amy's previous life, she owned a food business, Wild Nick's Cafe. She missed the food business and decided to bring back her infamous cookies. These cookies are made using organic and high quality ingredients including a special-milled single source heritage flour made in small batches by Sunrise Flour Mill in North Branch, MN. She does all of the baking herself and will make any kind of cookie you can imagine. She has been known to say yes to other bakery items as well, just sayin'... ...go wild...or go home...
